To become a member of the Classic Speedway Assn. QLD Inc. follow the following steps.

2. Print the form.
3. Complete it and attach your medical clearance (if applying for full membership)
4. Send the completed form and cheque ($40 per year for full membership, $10 per year for associate membership) to
